Field Case Management

Our case managers are the eyes and ears of your claims team. We serve as the injured workers advocate; make sure they feel comfortable and secure about his/her care, provide knowledge and insight as to treatment and providers while facilitating a return to work as quickly and safely as possible.

Vocational Case Management

Our vocational case managers provide unbiased and comprehensive testing and assessment services to help an injured worker return to the workforce such as job site analysis, job descriptions, labor market research and career counseling. We can assist with settlement by providing wage and earning analysis, and vocational expert testimony.

Catastrophic Case Management

Our seasoned case managers are trained and state certified to provide comprehensive planning, medical management and communication with all related parties to ensure appropriate care of a catastrophic injury. We are immediately available to coordinate care between the medical staff, employer and family to ensure the best possible outcome.

Telephonic Case Management

Our telephonic case managers ensure the appropriate treatment is quickly established and implemented for ALL work related injuries by communicating with all parties involved: injured worker, employer and all providers. We ensure the proper care is appointed and the injured worker gets back to work as quickly and safely as possible.
